The team at Custom Journal is outstanding! Adam and his team delivered my custom journals in under 5 days, just in time for a sales meeting in NC. They provided everything I needed, and I’m incredibly grateful for their efficiency. There were a few minor issues, though. Due to the notebooks sliding around in the boxes, some of the journals arrived with bleeding or scuffing. While this did affect the quality of the journals, I’m still giving this a 5-star review. Adam handled the situation professionally by offering a partial refund and assuring me that they would start wrapping the journals to avoid this issue in the future. I truly appreciate their quick turnaround and excellent service, and I would definitely order from Custom Journal again!

This company has been great at providing quality customer service and products to help me create custom journals that I created for my business. My journals had custom designs and custom pages and are in english and other languages and Custom Journal was able to help me bring it to life. Very responsive. Great price points. Also provided helpful quality control for someone new to this like me. Very happy customer.
