Yes. That's the whole point. Choose a layout for each page, then add your own prompts, trackers, quotes, or affirmations. Use our pre-made prompt library, write your own, or mix both.

Our prompt library was developed working with licensed therapists, grounded in CBT and self-care practices. They're a starting point. The journal is still yours to build however you want.

On individual orders you choose from our collection of designed covers, or pick the Custom Cover option and we'll collaborate with you on a bespoke design after you order.

All kinds of groups. We don't build for one audience, which is the point. Corporate teams order for events and employee wellness, organizers for conferences and retreats, and faith groups, schools, and nonprofits for their communities. If you have a group and a purpose, we can build for it.

Our team handles the full design process for bulk orders. For individual orders, we provide the app and templates to do it yourself, and can support minor offline customizations depending on capacity.
